INFO: The Joint Base Lewis-McChord DFMWR-Sports Branch presents the 20th annual Triple Threat Triathlon
Series.  Come swim, bike and run your way to glory as you compete for the “Triple Threat Crown" at JBLM-Lewis North at 9 a.m.  There is a cap of 300 participants per race, so sign up as soon as possible.

	AGE GROUPS:
	1/2 Mile Swim		250 Meter Swim
	15 - 19 yrs             20 - 24 yrs             25 - 29 yrs             30 - 34 yrs             35 - 39 yrs	40 - 44 yrs 45 - 49 yrs 50 - 54 yrs 55 - 59 yrs 60 + yrs	15 - 19 yrs 20 - 29 yrs 30 - 39 yrs 40 - 49 yrs 50 + yrs

ELITE MALE & FEMALE: Open to all ages. Competitors should be experienced triathletes

MALE, FEMALE OR COED RELAY TEAMS: Each team can consist of two or three individuals. Team members can choose which portion of the event to complete. All members must register and pay individually. Please be sure to complete the TEAMS NAME field during the registration process.
