Our chefs take great pride in their specialties, whether it’s seafood, Southwestern, German, French or Asian. From elegant hors d’oeuvres to elaborate dinners, our talented team will create a menu reflecting your own style and taste.

The menus include themed buffets, plated meals, hors d’oeuvres and other meals, but guests are not limited to the listed menus. Any menu can be created and budgeted to the needs of the customer.

Limited breakfast menu, with both hot and cold food items

Full breakfast buffet. Buffet enhancements are available for upgrade:

Lunch/dinner buffets. Buffets include 2 entrées, 2 fresh vegetables and 2 starches.
Choose from our chef-created themes or build your own.
Buffet enhancements are available for upgrade: Pastry chef’s assorted dessert buffet (choose 1, 2 or 3); carved enhancements; full salad bar; composed salads
(choose 1 or 2); artisan bread and butter station;
Daytime Buffet
Daytime buffet. Daytime buffet includes choice of 1 entrée, 1 fresh vegetable
and 1 starch (from any menu), tossed salad with ranch and choice of vinaigrette,

Plated meal for three courses, for four courses.
Includes artisan bread and butter.

We offer a variety of flavors, fillings and icings for our cakes.
• Cake flavors are available in almond, traditional white, chocolate fudge, butter yellow, lemon, strawberry, red velvet, Italian cream (contains nuts), carrot (contains nuts) and marble.
• Filling flavors are strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, chocolate silk, chocolate mousse, vanilla bean custard, lemon curd, cream cheese icing and coconut cream.
• Icings are available in traditional buttercream, chocolate buttercream, Italian buttercream, fondant and cream cheese.
